The braiding process

The strands of the wire rope are inserted into the core and between the strands of the other end of the wire rope in a certain pattern, usually by hand or with the help of special tools. The length and tightness of the braiding must meet relevant standards to ensure a secure connection. After the braiding is complete, a tight rope loop or rope clamp structure will be formed.

Check the splicing areas regularly for signs of wear, deformation, looseness, etc. If any abnormalities are found, promptly address or replace the lifting gear.
Avoid allowing the wire rope braided fittings to come into contact with sharp objects to prevent scratches and cuts to the wire rope, which could affect its performance and safety.
During use, ensure that the lifting gear is not overloaded and operated within its specified load capacity.
