Working principle

01
7 Jan 2019
- Firstly, the end of the wire rope is treated according to the requirements (such as breaking up the rope strands, cleaning, etc.), inserted into the conical sleeve, and then the melted casting alloy is poured into the sleeve, and when the alloy is cooled and solidified, it will tightly wrap around the end of the wire rope, and combine the wire rope and the rope section firmly into a single body, which can effectively transmit the load such as tensile force.
Application Areas
01
7 Jan 2019
- Widely used in cranes, cable cars, lifts, mining hoisting equipment, bridge zip lines and many other occasions that require reliable connection of the end of the wire rope, to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment in the process of operation of the wire rope connection parts.

Advantages

01
7 Jan 2019
- Firm connection: After casting, the alloy is tightly combined with the wire rope and rope section, which can withstand large tensile force and is not easy to loosen and slip off.
- High reliability: as long as operated in accordance with the standard process, its connection performance can be maintained for a long time, adapt to a variety of complex working conditions.
- Strong adaptability: it can be used for different specifications of wire rope connection.
Precautions
01
7 Jan 2019
- Operation needs to be carried out in strict accordance with the process requirements, such as the treatment of the end of the wire rope should be standardised, the casting temperature, alloy ratio and so on should be appropriate, otherwise it may affect the quality of the connection.
- It is necessary to regularly check the wire rope casting rope section in use to see if there is any loosening, deformation, alloy cracking and other abnormalities, to ensure that it is always in good working condition.
