Galvanized Steel Wire Rope Pulling Cable with Swivel Hook

The Galvanized Steel Wire Rope Pulling Cable with Swivel Hook features a high-strength galvanized steel wire rope paired with a forged alloy steel swivel hook. This rugged assembly is ideal for pulling, lifting, stringing, and tensioning tasks across a range of industries, including power transmission, telecommunications, construction, and industrial projects.
Thanks to its swivel hook, the cable rotates freely even under load, effectively reducing wire rope twisting and enhancing overall safety during pulling operations. Meanwhile, the galvanized wire rope offers outstanding resistance to both corrosion and abrasion, making it well-suited for long-term use in demanding outdoor environments.

    Applications

    01

    1. Overturned Vehicle Rollover Recovery

When a vehicle has rolled onto its side or roof, the winch rope can be attached to a secure roll cage, axle, or designated recovery point. Using a snatch block to redirect the pull angle, the winch can carefully right the vehicle with controlled tension, minimizing additional body damage.

    2. Steep Incline Ascent Assistance

For off-road vehicles struggling to climb a loose, slippery, or excessively steep incline, the winch rope can be anchored to a tree or rock at the top of the hill. The winch then provides supplemental pulling power, helping the vehicle ascend under its own power combined with mechanical assistance.

    3. Descending Control on Dangerous Slopes

When descending a dangerously steep or icy slope, the winch rope can be attached to a rear anchor point and paid out under controlled tension. This technique prevents uncontrolled sliding and allows the driver to maintain steering and braking authority throughout the descent.

    4. Vehicle Extraction from Ditches and Culverts

A vehicle that has slid into a roadside ditch, drainage culvert, or irrigation channel often has limited anchor access. The winch rope can be extended using tree straps or extension lines to reach a distant anchor, allowing diagonal or lateral pulling to lift and roll the vehicle back onto solid ground.

    5. Boulder and Obstacle Clearance from Trails

On remote trails, large rocks, fallen tree trunks, or construction debris may block passage. The winch rope can be wrapped around the obstacle and used to drag or roll it off the trail, clearing the path for the vehicle and others following behind.
