Production Process

1. Preparation: First select the appropriate steel wire rope and compatible pressed joints. Clean the end of the steel wire rope thoroughly, removing oil, dirt, and other impurities to ensure a clean surface for good combination.
2. Pressing operation: Insert the wire rope into the corresponding part of the pressing joint, then use special pressing equipment to press the joint according to the specified pressure and mold shape. During pressing, the joint material deforms and grips the wire rope, and multiple pressings are usually performed at the end to ensure a secure connection.
