Advantages

01
7 Jan 2019
1. Economy: Cast-in Loop is one of the most economical lifting systems, suitable for single use, from production to final installation.
2. Safety: Thanks to its structural design, Cast-in Loop provides a stable lifting point, reducing potential risks during the lifting process.
3. Adaptability: Suitable for precast concrete elements of all shapes and sizes, including foundation elements, concrete beams and hollow core slabs.
4. Corrosion resistance: Cast-in Loop is usually galvanised to prevent corrosion and ensure long-term reliability.
5. Single Use : Once the lifting operation is completed, the exposed part can be removed, ensuring that the lifting system will not be reused, thus ensuring that it is new and safe for every use.
Applications

Lifting of precast concrete elements: suitable for lifting operations during transport and installation.
Foundation elements: Particularly suitable for the transport of foundation elements such as pile foundations, bearing platforms, etc.
Concrete beams and hollow core slabs : The Cast-in Loop offers an efficient solution for the lifting of concrete beams and hollow core slabs.
Single lifting operation : Being designed for single use, the Cast-in Loop is suitable for applications where repeated lifting points are not required.

FAQ
Q: How is Cast-in Loop installed?
A: Cast-in Loop needs to be installed before the concrete is poured. Cast-in Loop is embedded into the mould, making sure that 2/3 of the Loop is covered by concrete and 1/3 is exposed for attaching the crane during lifting.
Q: What should I do with the exposed part of the Loop after use?
A: After the lifting operation is completed, the exposed part of the ring can be removed. After removal, the cut-off end needs to be treated with anti-corrosion treatment to prevent rust and corrosion.
Q: How is the load capacity of Cast-in Loop determined?
A: Load carrying capacity is usually determined by the manufacturer based on the size, material and design criteria of the Loop and is clearly marked on the Loop.
Q: How to ensure safety during lifting?
A: Before lifting, the rings should be visually inspected to ensure that there is no damage or corrosion. Also, it should be ensured that the lifting equipment and operators comply with safety standards.
Q: Can Cast-in Loop be reused?
A: Re-use of Cast-in Loop is not normally recommended as it is designed for single use to ensure safety in every lifting.
